A couple of weeks ago, I started doing the Next 90 Challenge with Rachel and Dave Hollis. This is a free 90 day program, which is intended to help you get through the next 90 days together with a supportive community during these difficult times. I found out about this program through Jenna Meyers’ Instagram account (@memoriesbymeyers), who also joined the program.
Some of you – who also joined the program – asked me to share my digital sketchnotes of each video, so I decided to set up this page. I will upload new weekly sketchnotes here and also post them on Instagram (@colombodoodles) on a regular basis. I will try my best to upload a new summary each week, but please be patient if my sketchnote is not uploaded right away. I want to keep my commitment, but this is a very difficult season and I can’t predict what might happen in the next couple of weeks that might require my immediate attention.
I hope you will find the Next 90 Challenge and my visual summaries useful. Please stay safe wherever you are and look after yourself and your loved ones!
Week 1 – Perspective

NOTE: I set up a Ko-fi account which allows creatives like me to receive donations for their work. If you want to support me, you can do that by buying me a coffee on Ko-fi. Please note that this is completely optional. Only do it if you find value in my work and you have the means to support others. Thank you either way for being here!
Week 2 – Joy
Initially, I wasn’t planning on creating a digital sketchnote of this program. Then, I had some severe pain again last Tuesday and I thought I would make the best out of it. When I have pain for 8+ hours and the painkillers don’t work, then all I have is that list of things that bring me joy that Rachel Hollis is talking about in the Week 2 video (JOY) of the Next 90 Challenge. This topic couldn’t have come at a better time for me. I drew this visual summary (sketchnote) of the video to keep me distracted, but I wanted to share it with you as well in case you find it helpful. You can download the PDF by clicking on the button below.

Week 3 – Habits
The topic of this week’s video was about habits. Dave Hollis mentioned many things I knew already from reading Atomic Habits by James Clear (my summary of the book) and Better Than Before by Grethen Rubin. But when it comes to habits, I always realize that the theories can’t be repeated enough. Dave shared so many tactics as well as his personal stories, that it was very difficult to stick to a one-page visual summary. I hope you find this summary helpful to remind you of the content of the video. You can download the PDF by clicking on the button below.

Week 4 – Leadership in Business
The topic of this week’s videos is leadership. There are actually two videos this week. One video covers ‘Leadership in Business’ with Rachel Hollis, and the other one covers ‘Leadership in Life’. As a solopreneur, I wanted to watch the one about business first, but I plan to watch the other one as well this week. I hope you find this summary helpful to remind you of the content of the video. Week 6 – Essentials
I was super excited when I saw that Week 6 covers the topic of ‘Essentials’. I read Greg McKeown’s book Essentialism a couple of years ago and I was thrilled to revisit this concept with Dave Hollis. Once again, I had a difficult time summarizing all my key takeaways on one page but it would have been disappointing to give up on trying to only capture the essentials when this was exactly the topic of this week’s content. I hope you find this summary helpful to remind you of the content of the video. You can download the PDF by clicking on the button below.
